Now that 2022 is over, it is time to reflect on what we did as a company and what we want to do in the future. In this piece, you will find the main milestones for MagicInfo Services in 2022. We are excited to share our annual company summary and tell you what to expect from us in 2023.

 

MagicInfo Services Highlights for 2022

2022 has been another challenging year for the digital signage industry and the world. Sadly, we have been reminded about the horrors of war and suffer the consequences of the conflict. Furthermore, due to rising electricity prices, we had to adjust our prices accordingly to provide the same level of high-quality service to all our customers

Despite all the grim moments of the last 12 months, it has been a good year for our company, for which I am eternally grateful. Without further ado, here’re the MagicInfo Services highlights for 2022:

ScreenCom Rebranding

Many of our clients have come to know us as MagicInfo Services, but the spinning engine behind that name is ScreenCom. To strengthen our position in the market and increase customer confidence, we chose to rebrand to MagicInfo Services, powered by ScreenCom. This makes it clear to everyone who they are doing business with.

This way we reach our customers and all MagicINFO end users. ScreenCom is the managed service provider, that delivers cloud services and professional services, such as network, application, infrastructure, and security, via ongoing and regular support and active administration on customers’ premises, in their MSP’s data center (hosting), or in a third-party data center.

Growing our MagicINFO community 

After we launched our new website and rebranded ourselves, it was time to grow our MagicINFO community. Offering expert MagicINFO support has been our main goal for us. Hence, we developed countless free resources to help users have a smooth experience with the software.

In 2022, we published 60+ blog posts and 16+ YouTube tutorials and reached 20,000+ digital signage experts through our newsletters. And we plan to continue sharing our expert knowledge via different platforms to help MagicINFO enthusiasts.

More MagicINFO end-users than ever before

During 2022, we had more end-users purchase MagicINFO from us than ever before. Furthermore, we saw a growing trend among users to transition to the cloud from on-premise. That could be explained by the lower TCO costs associated with MagicINFO Cloud. 

Our business continued growing in 2022. Thus, we hired more colleagues and opened offices in new locations as a part of our plan to expand into more regions in the EMEA. We’ve been working on various exciting projects that will launch in 2023, so stay tuned for more news! 

MagicINFO Partner program and GSA partnership

We created a partnership with the Global Signage Alliance–the not-for-profit trade association dedicated to the adoption of digital signage solutions based on Samsung signage platforms–to spread knowledge about the digital signage industry. From 2023, all VAR Partner Program members will receive a free membership to the GSA as part of that partnership (in addition to all other benefits).

 

What the future holds for MagicInfo Services

A new year means 365 new opportunities to grow my business and reach new highs. And 2023 will be our 10th company birthday, so it’s not just a new year for us but a new decade. And I’m hopeful that my team and I will achieve all our ambitious goals in the upcoming year

One such goal is to expand our business to new regions and help more customers with their digital signage needs worldwide. To do that, we will also need to bring new experts to the team, and I am very excited to share all my digital signage knowledge with them. Of course, none of that would be possible without the efforts of my team.

In addition to all this, we will continue to develop our MagicINFO add-ons. We hope that by doing all this, we will strengthen our relationship with you, our clients. I look forward to what the future holds for MagicInfo Services and cannot wait to share all the exciting projects we have been working on.
